Bizhub C250 E-mail RX function, how to get it to work?

Well, thanks for all the concerns. But I am confident that I can make is safe. The network is not the problem. The problem is that I found this E-mail RX setting in my Bizhub C250 and I was wondering what it could be used for. if i can get it to read a mailbox and print the attachments, that would be really helpful. I would like to give a remote worker the option to print without use of a VPN. Currently email are forwarded to me, so I print them manually. So I rather have this automated in a way. Thats when I found the Email RX setting in my printer and started to wonder what it can be used for......

Can you confirm the model C250 or C250i ?

Like the advice you have already been given, the machine is too old to support the LK, it will not print the attachments, and your are very unlikely to find an external mail provider that can operate without the necessary encryption protocols. (TLS/SSL/Authentication). E
