Bizhub C308 C368 error code C-D011

I have just had this code on 2 machines, if I have read correctly I need to update 2 firmware files, 1 preventative if the error has
not yet shown and the other if its has and not needed if the SATA has a firmware ending 4.

Are these the current firmwares needed:

A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-A8
A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-B0

Are they the same for both the 308 and 368, could I get them here.

Correct you will need recovery A8 FW if they error out. I may have it for you tomorrow. And yes both machines use the same firmware.

I worked this problem a long time ago. I uploaded the corrections, unfortunately C-D011 returned after three months - the machine went to parts.

Hopefully I will have better luck, these machines have just been refurbished ( or so they say )

Hey! I also have a C364e with a CD050 which I was unable to solve. Does the technical module also apply to this model? The only way to solve this is to disable HDD. I have already replaced HDD but without success. Occasionally returns CD011. I was even thinking of replacing MFPB. This printer is in my lab, so I haven't really investigated how to fix it.
