    bizhub 224e jam 93-10

    Hello guys
I have purchased a used bizhub 224e and when I tried to test it in duplex printing and copying,
a jam 93-10 occured. I have changed the motor, the duplex unit, the fuser but the jam persists,
    only in duplex.
    I need desperately your help

-These are the paper weight specifications and machine settings (ensure settings in the print driver match).
-Condition of paper should not be curled, wavy or damp. If it is, replace the paper.
-Instruct operator about proper paper storage and positioning in the trays.Verify if there is an obstruction in the paper path. If so, remove it.
-Check to see if any rollers are dirty, deformed, or worn. If so, clean/replace roller(s).Check to see if any guides are malformed and that movable guide parts are working normally (no binding, spring tension OK, etc.) If any guides are suspect,repair/replace guide.Verify that any actuators are operating correctly. --Correct/replace any faulty actuator.Ensure that all motor drive components (gears, pulleys, belts, clutches) are working, and that any set screws are tightened. Check belt tension for each motor thatuses belt drive. Repair/replace parts as deemed necessary.Check Registration sensor (PS1) at the Front side board (FRB), CN8, for proper connection and correct as necessary. Next, perform a sensor check on PS1.Registration sensor (PS1)Panel displays1=Paper present or 0=Paper not presentIf preferred, check the sensor at the Front side board (FRB), CN8-3 (ON).If the sensor is determined as failed, replace it. If sensor checks good, replace the FRB.IMPORTANT: Please check the wiring harness(es) by unplugging all associated connectors, checking all wires to ground (for a short) and checking continuity ofthe wiring (for an open).: Please see the Connector, Components and Wiring diagram as a reference.Check ADU paper passage sensor/1 (PS40) and ADU paper passage sensor/2 (PS41) at the Printer control board (PRCB), CN21, for proper connection andcorrect as necessary. Also, verify that relay connectors (CN5 for PS40 and CN9 for PS41) are properly connected. Next, perform a sensor check on each sensor.ADU paper passage sensor/1 (PS40)Panel displays1=Paper present or 0=Paper not presentADU paper passage sensor/2 (PS41)Panel displays1=Paper present or 0=Paper not presentIf preferred, check the sensors at the Printer control board (PRCB), CN21-10 (ON) for PS40 and CN21-13 (ON) for PS41.If either sensor is determined as failed, replace it. If either sensor checks good, continue troubleshooting.IMPORTANT: Please check the wiring harness(es) by unplugging all associated connectors, checking all wires to ground (for a short) and checking continuity ofthe wiring (for an open).: Please see the Connector, Components and Wiring diagram as a reference.Check if the ADU transport clutch (CL6) is soiled, and clean if necessary. Next, check the ADU transport clutch (CL6) by performing the operation check. If preferred, check CL6 at the Printer control board (PRCB), CN12-11 (ON). Also, ensure that the relay connector (another CN12) is connected. Check for 24VDC for CL6 at CN12-10 at the PRCB. If it is determined that CL6 failed, replace it and check if ICP3 is OPEN on the PRCB. If it checks good, continuetroubleshooting.IMPORTANT: Please check the wiring harness(es) by unplugging all associated connectors, checking all wires to ground (for a short) and checking continuity ofthe wiring (for an open).Note: Please see the Connector, Components and Wiring diagram as a reference.Check the ADU transport motor (M5), CN21, for proper connection at the Printer control board (PRCB), and correct as necessary. Then check M5 drive forproper drive coupling and correct as necessary. Next, check the motor by performing a load check.Multi Codes ADU transport motor high speed ADU transport motor low speed ADU transport motor minimum speedAlso verify that relay connector (CN5) is properly connected. Did you check the exit turnover guide?

Search this forum, there was a lot discussed about "4" series duplex jams and this turnover gate. It was about a month ago.
