Looks like the duplex / exit gate is sticking, spring off, etc. Fairly common problem. Think there's a bulletin on this. I'll see if I can dig it up.

By chance did the rear(right in your picture) end of paper hit something?

If for a reason you have a misfeed like in the picture, the reason may be wrong paper control in the output section. this solution usually checks, the electromagnet and mechanism are under the desktop
