What would be the per sheet print cost in indian rupees of 13×19 inch sheet fully colored on konica minolta c6500 and c6000.

Agree, that would be about 5 Indian Rupee per print.

Just as a reminder,the .06 is not taking into account import costs of parts and supplies to a non US country.
If toner and pm parts costs a bundle to ship overseas you should take that cost into consideration as well.
