clean your ITB sensors and run a skew reset.

I think I'd do a stabilization and gradation also. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The registration roller is irrelevant because the image is already on the belt.
The skew reset should fix that as well as cleaning the windows.
Just to ask, you did slide over the plate to clean the actual sensors right? I know a few techs that simply put a rag tip in the holes and think that's where the sensor is. It's actually 1\2" to the right.

Did you have that problem before replacing drum?
    Is drum unit OEM?
Once i have identical problem but on brand new C224e from the box,i think it was the last one before KM closed sale.
    Tried everything,clean IDC,replace ITB,reset skew,gradation...
At the end solution that worked was to replace write unit.
I guess write unit components was not calibrate properly during manufacturing.

    Hi everyone!
It is fuser if You can confirm next one. When You print demo page with bird pull out transfer belt and You can see ghost image of demo on belt which is correct - no shifting.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

    Hi man,

    did you replaced transfer roller?

    How about developer units status?

In Service Mode, do a stabilization and then print a sample.

Last check drum voltage percentage in SM.

    TY

    Cheers

Thank's for awswers. Skew reset didnt not help. Yes , a do stabilization and nothing changes. First a fix image quality by replace drum units - not original.next im trying to fix shift image.I will try to check the image on the transfer belt at the jam and under the transfer roller. belt sensors cleaned definitely good.
