Konica Minolta bizhub 284e- Disable administrator password in utilities

Hi guys,

When log in to utilities,counter etc.it ask me for the administrator password.

How can i remove the password request?

I would only like it to be in the Administrator Settings .

I did unset the management function in the service mode and also try all the other options in service mode but i did not succeed.

I believe its something to do with the SW switch.....

Your tips may help.

Hi man,

I know only how to change default password, this time you can enter the key "C" (CLEAR BUTTON) when you go
in ADMIN SETTING, SECURITY -> ADMIN PASSWORD and THEN enter DEFAULT ADMIN PWD

12345678 (or 1234567812345678)

and on password selection on both fields insert C.

So when you want to enter the ADMIN TAB, just press "C" (CLEAR KEY) on keyboard.
