Checked all gears cleaned sensors no joy. Just codes up straight away. Any PPD guys out there who could point me in the right direction

Yes but get code on closing doors , get no drive.
I would first check if drive is not blocked.
Can you disengage motor from drive (let it rotate freely ) and then try I/O check again.
Never tried this but it should be possible to do.
If you get error again i would try replace motor first
like what toxic said i/o ps53 24-1 with door open and adu rolled out do not press start button and manually flag ps53 does should show 000 non pressure then flag it and see if goes 001 pressure.
Do you hear any noise?
