so... Sharp Dealer with an account with 63 units...one being a C364 KM. We were asked to take it under service 5 years ago. Well, we are near else end and of course this happens now. Any ideas ? HDD Firmware update ? Would need firmware procedure or HDD reformat info if one of these is the issue. One of those stressful times we all endure ..gotta love it !
