C6101 is the scanner not returning home.
Home sensor tested ok but motor does not run.
Removed the scanner drive board ICP's ok.
Used tester to discover there is not 24V form main DC supply.
So power supply, what else could it be?

Whatever
Also could be PRCB. PRCB tells the PS to supply the 24vdc, and interprets the data from the scanner HP sensor.
So there's HP sensor, scanner motor, scanner PWB, PS, and PRCB.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sensor works in sensor check. Motor should be just fine.
Scanner drive board smells ok and 24V and 5V ICP's check out.
Removed the power supply print and visibly it looks ok.
Think its just first in the diagnostics list.
Fully agree that the PRCB could be the culprit.
So i will need a DCPS1 and PRCB.
Its and old machine and not very common around here.
Did not want to yank on connectors but will start looking to remove 24V loads and check if that leads anywhere.
Will have to find a parts machine.
Whatever
Anyone knows if there is a way to disable the scanner on a C6501?
Whatever
Cannot find it also in SM. Checked all ICPs (ICP1, ICP2 or ICP3) on the scanner drive board?
