Konica Minolta C308 noise and jamming

Good morning

I have a Konica Minolta C308 that is jamming in the fuser and i am getting a noise of a sound like a gear slipping/grinding , i have replaced the main motor and drive gears and fuser drive gears but still no change , also the image print is late so im thinking its somewhere between pick up and registration , has anyone had this before , i have a video but dont know haw to attach it

Have you inspected your transfer belt drive gear? Both on the belt assembly itself and the drive gear on the machine? Remove the transfer belt assembly and turn the gear by hand. That code points to the 2nd transfer section. If your image is positioned incorrectly on the page, it could indicate that the transfer belt is not driving like it should. Is the image crooked? The bushings on the registration section can get gummy which can cause noise and image skew as well.

Hate to just throw a wild card in, but do the all the 8's have the solenoid for the duplex gate updated? Sounds like trouble we had with that solenoid, heavily discussed on 4e's. We shimmed a few...

I believe that was for the 32-01/32-05 jam codes on duplex. The 8 series have an updated solenoid assembly but I did have to use the updated part for the 4 series on a c558 because it still had the problem even with the redesign.
