Remember 2 sided prints the 2nd side first and first side second.
So is it the 1st "impression" that is corrupt or the 2nd?
There is an adjustment for 2nd side voltage increase.
The first in document, the second printed.
Please try explaining that again in a way we can understand.

Second transfer roller ever changed? As Synthohol mentioned there are some adjustments related in service mode but one will need manual and some basic knowledge what and how to do.
