    Bizhub c650 Duplex Jams

    Jamming when entering Duplex unit at upper duplex switch. Swapped out duplex unit which rules out sensors and motor (motor is not coming on). My next guess would be replacing the PRCB. Has anyone experienced this before or have any other suggestions? Thanks!

    Usually starts with j93-01 then will be j32-01 after that, but always jams in the same spot
