    Question Bizhub C3850

    I have a Bizhub C3850 that is showing a D093 error code.
    I just replaced the hard drive on this machine, and after further investigation into the error logs it indicates a "C151 ROM Contents Error upon Startup" which I assume is because there is no firmware installed on the new hard drive.

    Does anyone have the firmware for the C3850?
    Or know where it can be downloaded?

    personally I think being an end user this is above your pay grade best hire a trained tech.

    firmware is copyrighted material ... not available to anyone other than a TRAINED tech.

    I'm assuming that you formatted the new hard drive after installing it?
    Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year, now a Konica Minolta Service Tech for the last 6 years.
    My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...
