    Infamous Line of shame

I have a C452 having a faulty PH unit which makes the whole page magenta.

After the replacement I was happily doing gradient adjustment then i get this even a demo print and counter list.

then I tried multiple times of installation procedure however I cant get ok the non-image area erase check keep giving out ng2.

By the way I dont remember seeing lines like this on counter list and demo print and even on the configuration page.

    Any suggestion?

turn off all the lights in the room to do the non image erase check.
ive even made a tent with my coat over the raised ADF to cut out overhead light to get a successful adjustment.

these are not setup lines. there is something wrong with your print head or the connections to it!

Hey, good eye Albonline. I didn't open attachments until your post. Totally agree with you now.
