bizhub 4752, toner has been depleted with new toner

I have this bizhub 4752 that was running well. toner ran out. they put in new oem toner. msg will not go away. it only drives for a few seconds when you close the door. in the service mode several items have been greyed out. level history, load check, gradation, stabilizer. I cant force toner thru load check. getting another toner, but any ideas?

If I'm not mistaken, these toners have a chip. If this chip is defective, you may have this problem. It happened to me to collect from the customers almost full but not working toners. Replacement should solve the problem.
