    Jam bizhub 4020 duplex

I have a bizhub 4020 with only 70k which has started to jam if the customer makes two-sided prints. The problem is the solenoid present in the lateral part of the bizhub 4020. It seems that it remains stuck to the plastic grommet and therefore does not reverse the paper for the duplex.
I have moved the solenoids with my hand and it seems unlocked. But it only takes 1-2 days before I start sticking again.
The problem with this solenoid is that it is not easy to take apart. Looks like I have to remove everything, including the scanner, because the cable goes to the other side. Damn it, who designed this stuff?
I ordered a new solenoid but I don't know how long it will take. I could think of removing those grommets but I would not want to make the situation worse.

Remove the sticky pad and glue back a thin layer of mylar/a piece of plastic/even insulating tape works. It may be a bit noisy when the solenoid kicks in.

I never had to replace a solenoid, can be fixed easily.
