MFC368 - Error code D011 - D050

Hello,

I have a BH C368 which Error Code D011 or D050 sometimes occur when turning on SW on or recovering from the sleep mode.
He is actually running firmware G00-01 (MFP Controller Boot Program for an MFP Card Version G00-54) .

Following this document : https://cscsupportftp.mykonicaminolt...productid=1816 i saw that Firmware G00-A7 can solve this problem (item 53), do you know where i can find this firmware (or a more recent one) ?

Yes this was a known issue with the early 8 series.

As you say there is a firmware fix for this with either SATA Preventative or Recovery Firmware (see attached pdf)
