Blindly guessing here without checking the knowledge base, is the HDD enabled?
There's a tool to edit panel buttons can't remember name right now. Also make sure it's on B5 latest FW as others mentioned it won't hurt for sure.

Like others said make sure you are running on function version 2 firmware.
Please check [Administrator] > [SystemSettings]➔[Change Permission for Default Value]➔[ON]➔[OK] is set as well.
Good call but I believe this is applied to Basic style and his problem is with Classic style copy screen.
