Konica : bizhub C654e Cannot Scan to Windows Server 2019

Hi everyone ,

Can some one help me with the scan folder . I am trying to create SMB scan folder on Windows Server 2019 But i have failed so many times .On the other Windows e.g Windows 10 or Windows 8 i can make SMB Scan folder Easily but if i apply the same for Windows Server 2019 not successful.


Please need help

1) DOES THE MACHINE SUPPORT smb V2-3?
2) IS smb 2-3 ENABLED?

WIN10 DOESN'T SUPPORT SMB V1

SEARCH FOR WIN10 SMB1 ON HERE.

It could be your machine
bizhub C754e/C654e Specifications

SMB V2-3 IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE SPECS a quick search brought up my findings

Believe there is a firmware update to enable smb 2 3 support

Fall back would scan via ftp

On Windows Server 2019 try to "Enable insecure guest logons".
