Bizhub C3110 blank or poor/faint cyan quality

Hi all,

Have any of you chaps seen this issue before?

Cyan is either completely blank or has a strange image (see 246 print gradation sample)

The cyan IU is about 50% used however it looks fine, turns ok by hand & has plenty of developer in the unit.

I removed all the IU’s, transfer & fuser, cleaned all contacts nothing in the rear looks broken or missing etc.

I’m wondering if it’s an HVT or printhead issue?

I would try another cyan IU or to swap IUs(plus chips) to make sure it's not cyan IU but it may code out before you do the test print.
Next is PH unit as you already know.

This is bad, bad...means you will need another preferably used cyan IU to do the test. Sorry to hear that.
