printing delay on Konica c308
Good day everyone. I have a c308 that has a few seconds delay after you press print. The customer is working on a remote connection server and printing to copier in their office. The ip address of the copier is an IP site followed by a port number. I have never seen such a setup before and was told that the delay is down to re routing. However kyocera B&W never had this. I found a port number on the copier but it didn't mach the driver yet printing with a delay. Being a different port should not print at all. Correcting the port makes no difference. Does this configuration means that the remote session server and the customer site are not on the same network (vpn?)and external access is required to the printer via this method? and not simple IP. Or is is it just a Konica thing?
Many thanks

Have you tried to verify DNS and Gateway?
There may be multiple dns/gateways in your case
