    C2557 on a new C3300i

I have this issue on a new C3300i i’ve fitted a new k toner still the same issue.

Checked all the orange tape has been removed.

The TNR reading is 0.6% so its simply not adding toner.

On this model I can not see where the ‘manual add toner’ option is in CE mode, have they moved or done away with this!?

I was hoping this is a known issue/quick fix (ha ha) before I warranty it back to KM.

Speaking of tech bulletins, can I purchase those from you for Kyocera models?

Yes sure, but you might want to post any issues you have in the Kyocera forum by starting a new thread.

Does the TCR value change if you manually add toner?
    0.6% is almost completely detoned.

Would then expect it to be a factory error somewhere.
    Bad part or not connected.

Warrant - this is faulty K IU.

I can't see how to manually add toner on this model, it used to be in CE mode > Image Processing Adjustment > Manual Toner Add. However this option is not there on this iseries?
