C454 black prints light and also shadowy text

Hi guys need some assistance please
We've changed the drum, added new black developer , change the cleaning blade for the IBT
but still no look
please check images. I was browsing the forum and I see something about toner, that's the only thing I haven't changed. But we also cleaned the lens as well.

Also when I ran the test on all the colours only the black showed terribly

The internal test might be useful too. Post scans not pictures if possible.

Did you replace the black developer unit or just replace the developer powder?
