    Bizhub c3110 " INITIALIZING total memory 1024MB"

Hello, I need your help guys.
After powering on a customer's bizhub c3110, display freezes with message " INITIALIZING total memory 1024MB"
Machine irresponsive to any button. I changed the memory board(WW) A6DTR70333 and i tried to update the firmware (as Konica told us), but the problem can't be solved because i can't get to service mode (the machine still does not respond to any button).
Calibration during startup come through, fuser unit is hot and after opening and closing any cover machine rotates.
    Any thoughts?
    Thank you in advance

Check out this thread, most likely faulty SSDB.

If you tried the ssd board and it’s still the same you will probably have to replace the mfp board.

I had one like this just a couple of weeks ago and the mfp board was the cure.

Also happens on the C3100p FYI.

There is a special firmware for this exact issue.

Fit the original boards back & update with the restoration tool.

It’s worth a try but I wouldn’t bet my salary on it!

Let us know if it works...
