So we are getting this long line appear in our prints.
Now we've changed the developer unit. The IBT belt cleaning blade. Cleaned the lens.
Only thing is the black drum but it just started appearing after we put in the black developer unit.
Any suggestions?

what MODEL? it looks like cleaning blade on the ITB
We installed a new one while printer was acting up.
I'll look at it I just took back out the developer unit and out it back in. And I also have another blade and I'll let te technician put that in. Unit is a 454

looks like the same defect on the paper... did you init the dev unit?
was it a new dev unit or a pull?
looks like a dev unit problem now with the pics.
Thinking it's the charge roller in the drum unit (based on the pattern). May have gotten some developer on it when you replaced the dev. unit.
If you roll up your piece of paper and line up the defects you can narrow it down to certain size rollers.
With the frequent repetition of the marks, i would assume either charge roller in drum unit got contaminated, or maybe a bad spot on the Mag. roller in the dev. unit, or bad seals in that unit.
May be able to clean the charge roller instead of replacing drum unit.

Not a tech that why said will let the Teck check the blade. The dev unit is brand new.
Somwknw told me get genuine parts which have done so. But it's just after the unit was installed getting thar line down the paper

Just in case it is color unit
- remove K and one of CMY drums
- swap the chips between both drums
- do some tests
