Whether we choose long edge or short edge still the same isse.
It never used to happen now it's just happening

I'm going to guess that somebody changed the default along the way. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

To use the booklet setting document must be created as single pages.
The booklet setting will arrange them in the correct order.

If you create it as a booklet the booklet setting will screw it it up.

ALWAYS LET THE MACHINE/DRIVER COMBO PAGINATE FOR YOU!!! You CANNOT design a double page spread and expect it to work correctly!!!Upside down on duplex

Ok I'm printing a simple two page document from PDF.
when it flips it comes out upside down,
If i choose flip on long side or flip on short side from the PDF print dialog box it still comes out the same way.
Same thing happen if we're funning a booklet, (even single pages, as we usually have them single pages then use the booklet setting options and when it flips you'll have like back inside on the front inside and stuff like that.

On the C75 using the Fiery we know if we're printing from PDF we choose top bottom, and top top if we're printing from Word, Publisher, InDesign etc.

Is the driver or the machine controlling the process?
