If the part numbers are different then i would think there are some differences.
If only the last two digits of the part number differs then it could work.

Looks like its the same for all of these models (A161F6202F ) after the latest mod - As countermeasure for the phthalic acid free, the FRICTION SHEET in the 1st Cassette was changed to the phthalic acid free part ..

Feed units are different though 224 , 284-364 same ,454-554 same .
