I tried swap ,drum unit,itb unit,dv unit..but still same problem...does anyone had this problem before?...btw im not specialized in km..

maybe u should try HV board.
but if u are not a trained tech, i suggest call the local dealer to do this.

Agree looks like HV issue.
Is it a b/w machine or color.
Looks like a contact issue or some arcing.

Did it look exactly like this after you changed the Dev?

If it was okay for a few copies id say you've got the wrong toner.

I was thinking wrong toner. I've had bad HV pwb's and never looked like that.

Has anyone asked if genuine toner?

Don't assume anything. I've had customers take top off toners and fill with wrong toner. It's not that hard to do. Heck I've had them pour the waste toner back into toner bottle !!!

After hours of troubleshooting and finally finding the bad toner as problem of course no one in office knows how it got put into machine.....
