If it definitively is not fusing are you using OEM toner?... I ran into that intermittently with a C258. Found out it had aftermarket toner in it...

    Good times.

Do you have a manual for this machine?

Ok, now you can begin to read the manual. You should start at the part about stabilization and gradation. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: C454e Printing not fusing and with shadows

The title says "C454e Printing not fusing and with shadows" when I think "not fusing" I think the toner is not adhering to the substrate. I did not see this very well in the photos...is that what is happening?

    If so:
Why was the fuser recently replaced (I assume recently at a mere 25k).
What is the meter count of the machine?
What is the temp recorded in Service Mode for the fuser?

Lots more to say but respond to the other comments first as well...as they are tackling the other issue.

Also what is with the second picture--did you Saran wrap the print prior to photographing? First photo is not entirely helpful either. Please post top-down pictures or scans

Ok will work on then and then let you guys know. Tomorrow will work on the requested infom
As for the fusing it's more like the edge of the paper there print is not as clear, strong, evident as the rest of the printed piece

Re: C454e Printing not fusing and with shadows

Thanks all did a gradation/ image stabilisation. Found an awesome vid on youtube.
Fixed the problem almost instantly. Still would probably run another set tomorrow again because on the video the tech did it three time, but with customers coming in the shop. I was only able to really get it done twice
But it improved i can still see a bit lighter print at top left where the green (what I'm printing) is lighter than that to the bottom
I'll get some pics for you guys to take a look, as I go back in the shop tomorrow with my tech to work on the Xerox C75. I'm just summing it up to 2020, lol

Seriously thanks this site is wicked with the assistance that comes through

I went to look for manual but it was downloaded on a hard drive that went bad and I didn't upload it to my cloud drive
I did contact the persons asking for another live link to re-download but they didn't respond, so I found a video online.

    Thanks again man
