C454e Printing not fusing and with shadows

    Good day
I'm attaching a photo of prints we are now getting from our printer.
Don't understand but the images are not fusing no matter what setting thickness of paper we use
and we are also getting like a double line around the images
    please see

I would start with cleaning the image density sensor .. Remove the transfer belt and clean the sensor .. Had this issue at a customers .. the sensor was filthy so would set the density correctly and added too much toner to the pages and would fuse correctly .

    the exact same thing
it like plain regular paper and that's what we get
so it's not even like coated or cover stock paper.

How many copies on the fuser and what does it look like.

did you stop the paper before the fuser is the image blurred?

Fuser has less than 25k copies, I 'll have to stop the print before fusing to check if it's blurry.

This isn't a fusing issue, it's color registration. You need to do stabilization and gradation.

And if you mean 32#BOND or 116gsm, you'll want to use Thick1 media type for proper fusing. But just to be very clear, this is not a fusing issue, it's a color registration issue.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
