I have to reinstall system software on a fiery E100-02. I have found on official EFI website but no link to download. Please anyone can share a link so I can download it. My spec is: KM pro C6000 with fiery ES100-02 known as IC413.
Any help is appreciated.

Well I need to jump on that bandwagon. After year's of no real problems, I’mknow seeing issues with system software and version 1.0 on the ic413. I've thrown in my $$$ contribution to the cause if a fellow brother could throw me a bone to v2
