Konica Minolta C454e - Printing via an ID card/Thob

hi guys,

is there a way to set up a Konica Minolta C454e to only able to print via secure print/user authentication/user box and you can only login via an ID CARD or THOB?

we have a card reader for the machine and i have installed the driver for it.

i've seen it be done before but cannot remember how to do this.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

so how do you assign the ID CARD/THOB to a certain person?

U can allow self association or let admin do it

how do you enable self association? sorry im pretty useless with this. im trying to set it up on a C654e in our office before i actually take it to the customers so i actually know what im doing with it haha

Oh I assumed you had some experience.

Even with self association of authentication details a admin still need to create the account so it most cases it's easier if admin registers the cards as well
