We have a Develop Ineo +658 which is constantly putting lines on the colour drums. It was running non genuine drums and toner, but is now on genuine drums and toner. You can clean the charge roller and cleaning roller, but only last a few weeks. Its a heavily used machine. Anyone got any ideas?
Make sure you are using the correct drums. If of other models it might work but last less than half life.
DR-313 or DR314 drums?
I recently learned that DR-313 drums will fit but do not last very long. I'm seeing ~200K on DR-314 drums.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

BC I think this machine use DR-313 as color drums. DR-314 is black drum unit for monocolor 368e-658e models.
OP what exactly drums and toners are put in the machine now?
