The copier, when turned on, goes through most of the loading stages and at the end freezes for 5-10 minutes. Then it spontaneously continues downloading and works as usual. We performed a firmware update , changed the Main Board, EMMC, HDD, the fuser - it didn't help. We will be grateful for any help. Thanks
Are some options installed? Or external memory? Remove any if installed PLUS dual scan DF board and try without it.

Sounds like its waiting for something to come to a ready state. Then times out and carries on. Any 3rd party hardware/software, licence for something? Refit every connector at the back and disconnect every option.

It was Dual Scan Image Processing board (DSIPB) .
