Konica C8000 - Jam Error J-9345

I'm having an issue with a jam error J-9345 that happens about 5-6 pages into a job. It shows up as a mishandled paper error (paper was fed with mis-centering) and it occurs regardless of the tray. Checked the service manuals and I can't locate what the jam code is. J-9345 doesn't seem to be listed. Does anyone know what this could potentially be?
