Hey guys.

Haven't seen this code pop up before, but this is what the manual says:

Description: Power malfunction When opening or closing the door and cover, a paper jam occurs, or the power is not supplied to the printer control board even after a specified period of time passed.

Wonder if anyone's seen it and what they did to fix it.

is there a surge protector attached with a readout of events?
maybe they lost power or a surge\brownout.

could be an interlock on the door.
there are 8 steps to help diagnose in the manual before changing parts.
hope one of those helps.

i would reset it and forget it unless it happens again but wiggle all the doors to see if a misadjusted interlock is to blame.
