I have removed all the screws belong to the part 2 but cannot take it out now I just want to know how to remove the part 1 which is just piece of plastic, no electronic involved. It does not look difficult but I can figure it out how to do it.

There must be a dozen screws from the top, around the perimeter.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Agreed. This is one of those learning moments.
Some things its better to have good reason to remove. You can learn the easy way, or the hard way. Its up to you.

You'll want to clean it and reinstall it
Pull the shaft out, clean it. Don't lube it just clean
Blow out the rollers where shaft slides through
Clean any dried toner off rollers (if any)
Reassemble
Reinstall.
In regards to the DF don't waste time taking it apart. Nothing a paint brush, blower and some spray and wipe can't fix
