Yes, for me, the BEARINGS seem to be at fault for this, not bushings. Not sure if you tried lubing those.
I use a high temperature oil that seems to do the trick.

Remove the entire fuser cleaning roller assembly. It is unnecessary and you wont be back for those noises until you have to install another fuser. Worst case scenario is if a paper jam occurs in the fuser the next sheet to pass will most likely have some toner spots on it, but it will clean up after that one.
For what it's worth, I service all Office Machine series Bizhubs from the 4 series to present, as well as Production Color C1060 & C6100, and B&W Production Press 1250. Give it a try. Nothing to lose.
