C 1070 ERROR C-0213

Hello Gents
I need some advice on a C1070, been getting an intermittent error code C-0213, i have replaced the exit roller, the de-curl sensor, tried cleaning and adjusting the de-curl unit. The machine will work for period of time and then the error will return.
Would appreciate any assistance. thanks
