make sure its not the cassette itself - i have seen straight out of the box from new damage to the very top edge of the mylar at the rhs of the cassette. Not even visible to the eye but can be felt by the finger nail, and sufficient enough to trap the top sheet feeding out the tray.
I've also seen mylars installed crookedly by 1-2mm on the feed unit guides straight out of the factory causing jams too. (tray 2 jams)
The problem was the fast clutch (cl10). It's behind the base board. Once replaced and tested it worked fine.
cantechman I see the clutch on the diagram and going to order it.. super fun to install? lol since I don't have another machine here in the office to try with

I just received my clutches from km there probaly isnt a procedure in the book I assume? I wish I had another machine in the office to try on first so I don't look like a dork in the customer office.. lol I need to get it on the schedule and get it replaced.. you need to remove the base board is that right?
