Bizhub C227 developer spew

Hello, I have a problem with a c227, after changing the drum and sheet of unit M, the developer comes out of the unit and produces the error P-7, I have tried the following:


-switch drum units from M to Y, developer M no longer jumps but now Y jumps.


-New drum and cleaning belt change with reset chip, now the unit has 100% useful life


-I have checked the continuity of the crown and drum pins and it is correct.


- the drum generates the image but the developer continues to skip

no, it went into service mode with the door open to avoid the spew and when I close the port it goes above 7% in a few seconds until it gives the error, it only happens with that drum unit

I think the chip is defektiv. Sometimes chip is in wrong posistion in plastic holder, too.

In c227 the chip have cable and I check the conexions and I try whit other chip

My experience only a new chip helps - nothing else.

How did you switch the drum between colours the drum & dev are one complete unit!?

Black have a separate unit for drum and developer. Color units not.

Yes, but his issue is with magenta, hence my question how did he swap the 2 colour drums round.

units are unit with one screw and two springs, they are easy to separate
