First thing to try after running the bottle completely dry like that and getting a code - is to go to service mode under image process adjust and select auto toner supply and hit the start copy button. When the auto add toner is finished the copy button will turn blue again. Turn copier off and on. If you are lucky the dv unit is just starved for toner and once you run that auto toner supply it will come right back with no error code.

If that doesn't work, time for developer or maybe a new tdc sensor.
