    iSeries drum life

How long do the drums last on iSeries?
I already have some reports of lines on the sheets and drums usually only have 20-30% life.

    Re: iSeries drum life

Last week I changed a black drum in a clean office. Me too, the drum on the C300i was said to be at 30% and it had only done 70k pages.
The printer made a black line even though you were only printing in color. I pulled out the black drum and I noticed a crusted toner mark. I tried to clean but it didn't last long, so I preferred to replace. I hope it was an exceptional case.

I've already seen both. Drum black with 180k and with 60k for replacement (bizhub c250i)

I've only had occasion to change one, at yield. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
