    C759/C659 noise

    Hello,

Do everybody have experience sometimes the noise is occurred on this machine.
I checked the fusing unit and exit section, added lubricant.
However the customer reported the same issue, the meter is below 70K.

    Any suggestion?

They called these 3 days and only can hear on the first time, like a squeaking sound but very light volume.
They said it would be happened usually on idle status, 2-4 times each day.

Turn off sleep mode and make the energy save 5 minutes.
This prevents the oil roller in the fuser from drying out too fast causing 80% of all squeals squeaks and clicking.
    Just my .02.
