Anyof the trouble codes C6102/6751/9401. Itis caused by the loose screw at the timing belt pulley.Ifthe screw was loosened, the pulley is idling which makes scanfunction faultily.Asthe result, the trouble codes related to the scan malfunction occurfrequently.

Tightenthe screw if it is loosened.
Ifthe screw is not loosened, it must be caused by other causes. Pleasecheck the tension of the belt or check other solutions on the servicemanual.

Had a c360i/Dual CIS DF with a lot of 94-01.

Check the if the white cleaning Roller of the DF are clean (both, simplex and duplex) and turn correctly.
