This is error when Finisher or JS is installed. Remove them(if any) and try firmware again.

it is an FS536 that we are having the issue with, would i be able to use a FS534?
Fs 536 and 537 only.
Hi, remove the finisher/job separator and try to rewrite the firmware without.
To reset the finisher/job separator, update it individually or update on another printer.
