    C250i error c6756

    Hi everyone,

We've had 3 customers with new c250i machines and after a week they throw a c6756 error relating to the ccdb.
I have the latest firmware installed.
Checked the cabling between the ccdb and scdb and all looks fine. Error will clear after reboot but will come back next day.
Either we've got a dodgy batch or something silly.
Please let me know if anyone has encountered this?

Hi, advice. You try to write in the same thread. This is the third one you create on the same topic and it could cause confusion for those looking for your problem in the future.

Three cases are very concerning. This is an obvious sign of a faulty production batch. When did you buy these C250i?

Had a Forth one that had this error code. Most have been fixed by replacing the ccd board or data cable.

There was CCD upgrade. New firmware GC2-G4 eliminates problem.

Had a bulletin late last month regarding manufacturer changes.
"Please be advised that all new and replacement CCD and CIS units will be supplied by a new manufacturer going forward. In order to use the units, it may be necessary to update the firmware version; otherwise a C-6756 could occur"
For C250i, load G00-G4 or later if you purchase a replacement going forward. For original CCD, use GC2-G4

    Re: C250i error c6756

When I was writing a literary analysis essay and needed to print it, I had the same problem.Error C3926 is a fuser error on some models of Canon laser printers. While replacing the fuser is a common step to correct this error, it may not always solve the problem. Here are some additional steps you can try:
Turn the printer on and off: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in and on.
Restart the printer: Press and hold the Stop button for 5-10 seconds until the printer restarts and the Ready light comes on.
Check for paper jams: Open all covers and trays and look for paper jams or debris that may be interfering with the printer.
Clean the printer: Dust and debris can build up inside the printer and cause errors. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the inside and outside of the printer.
If none of these steps resolve the C3926 error, you may need to contact a printer repair professional for further assistance.
