A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
I don't reply to private messages from end users.
it was nice and solid ^^ after 100 full coverage prints - look 2nd image. In normal printing mode, about 5k will be printed before the density drops and another 3-5k to c2802
1. I'm also leaning towards to TCB or TCRS. waiting for parts
2. the toner is delivered in small portions only during printing. I don't know if this is normal
Ok got this advise form a big KM importer. Have not tried this myself but will have a go at it when i am faced with the C2802 and C2803 error codes.
Said that this works. Difficult to except the solution.
Remove the frosted lens from the IDCS exposing transmitter and receiver part of the sensor.
If you do this please let me know is that makes a difference.
Don't discard the developer just tone it up and initialize it again.
Also if you do the particularity > gama auto adjust check the error it gives there and check the meaning in the service manual.
Under Service mode > Machine Adjust > IDC Sensor adjustment should be done in the case of poor density or sensor replacement.
