    Konica Minolta C454e Missing Print

    Hi

    Konica Minolta C454e When client prints Photos using any software (Windows Photo Viewer, Paint etc.) Print is missing from the middle. From all of his computers.

    Updated the firmware G20-M1, Replaced the driver.

    Normal print is fine.

    Please find the attached and advise.
